Crispus, Caesar, 316-326. Follis (Bronze, 18 mm, 2.80 g, 12 h), Rome, circa 320. CRISPVS NOB CAES Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Crispus to left, seen from behind, holding spear in his right hand and shield with his left. Rev. VOT / XV / FEL / XX / R P in five lines within wreath. RIC 216 var. (unlisted officina). Very rare. Minor deposits and small spots of corrosion, otherwise, good very fine.

RIC lists a single example for Crispus with this reverse from officina S, held in the KHM, Vienna. There are now three further examples known, all from officina P, of which two are in the Ramskold Collection.
